Our mission is to provide a culturally responsive system to support some of the most vulnerable populations in our community. We aim to assist children, adolescents, adults and families achieve their goals of independence and living a healthy enriched life.
Cassandra Reyes has been Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Connecticut since 2013. She received her Bachelors of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT in 2009 and her Masters of Social Work from Fordham University in New York City in 2010. She has been dedicated to providing clinical and crisis interventions to youth entrenched in the juvenile justice system for over a decade. At the BAGS Foundation, she has found a passion for working with intellectually disabled adults. She is tasked with creating behavior support plans to guide the successful integration of the adult individuals into their natural communities, and to improve the overall quality of their lives through enhanced prosocial and vocational opportunities. Cassandra is a member of the leadership team at BAGS; making contributions to the DDS day and IHS programs for adults, as well as in a variety of programs, including targeted clinical interventions for BILPOC youth in our outpatient and mentoring programs.
