Nakia Reddick

Former National Football League player, Nakia Reddick, celebrates ten-years of giving back to the Waterbury community through his role as Executive Director of BAGS Foundation CT. He adopted a leadership role in the BAGS Foundation upon his entry into the NFL.

Summer Program Director

Tewana Reddick

Tewaña has over 20 years of experience working with and creating youth-focused educational programs. She has vast experience designing, implementing, and reconstructing curriculum and programs to meet the needs of all students.

Lead Counselor

Melanie Mitchell

Melanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with +10 years of clinical and supervisory experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in a variety of settings. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy, Animal Assisted Interventions, addiction, and recovery-based modalities as well as CBT, DBT, and other trauma-informed approaches.
